Durable and reliable

We have designed the ZW100-G and ZW120-G with a number of reliable parts and components to enable it to work continuously for lengthy periods. This includes a robust and reliable engine, a strengthened box-section frame and flat arrangement of the propeller shaft. LEDs are used on indicators, monitors and alarms for a longer service life. The large counterweight protects the fuel tank from potential collisions with obstacles on the job site.

Filters are conveniently located for daily inspection and servicing. The capacity of the engine oil and filter have been increased for longer replacement intervals, reducing maintenance and downtime. The air conditioning filters are also easy to replace.

Comfortable operation

The cab version of the ZW100-G and ZW120-G offers exceptional comfort, with reduced vibrations, a quieter operation, air conditioning and plenty of space. It includes an adjustable air-suspension seat, easy to reach controls and a tilting steering column. The brake and accelerator pedals are ergonomically positioned for ease of use.

It offers excellent all-round visibility with the widened front glass window and pillar-less rear corners. The curved front window also gives good upward visibility, so you can see the movement of the bucket easily for safer loading.
