Sophisticated hydraulics

The HIOS IIIB hydraulic system of the ZX470LCH-5G results in 8% reduced fuel consumption and reduced CO 2 emissions (compared to the previous model). It also increases the operating speed of the excavator thanks to swift front movements.

Swing torque, boom lifting capacities, and traction, arm digging and bucket digging forces have all been increased on the ZX470LCH-5G, enhancing its performance. Switching attachments is also easier  you can change over valves, adjust extra circuit flow and check settings using the multifunctional monitor in the cab.

Easy maintenance

Servicing and inspection of the ZX470LCH-5G has been simplified thanks to convenient access to several parts and components from ground level. A large sidewalk on the left side of the cab provides easy access to the machines upper structure. Handrails and slip-resistant plates enhance safety.

The large-capacity fuel tank enables the ZX470LCH-5G to work uninterrupted for lengthy periods of time. Filters and oil on the large excavator ensure long service intervals, which will reduce your maintenance costs.
